Add Nicolás Lofredo-Rota as third author
He was part of the informal project team and, per the July 2026 symposium transcript, had the discussions with Salingaros that informed what to ask the AI for the Ecuadorian Form Language Grammar. Updates the byline/affiliations, names him in §3.2 where he was previously anonymized as "a Quito-based designer and self-builder", and disambiguates the remaining "the authors" references that now need to distinguish the two-author Track A/B comparison from the full three-author byline.
