Bruno Postle e66460fb13 service+viewer: add /select endpoint for complex selector resolution ... New GET+POST /select endpoint resolves an ifc:// URL selector to a JSON list of GlobalIds, with T3 caching. The viewer now detects non-type-name selectors (property filters, Name=, pset notation) and falls back to a /select round-trip, applying the returned GUIDs via getLocalIdsByGuids().
