Increase GRID to 400 for smoother fold ridges, widen X_RANGE and
C_RANGE, and reduce D_SCALE to compensate. Also mark the script
executable with a shebang.

Prepares the repo for pushing to a remote forge: adds a README
describing the project, the full GPLv3 license text, and a
.gitignore for local build/scratch artifacts (__pycache__, Blender
autosaves).
